They'll provide the tools and coaching that help you develop skills and strategies for lifestyle changes that will improve your health.

Therapeutic Lifestyle Counseling

An integral component of managing diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol is Therapeutic Lifestyle Change, or TLC. Even if you take medication for these conditions, you can maximize their benefit by incorporating lifestyle.

Weight Management Program

Don't be misled by quick weight loss programs. Our Weight Management Program spans 12 weeks and is based on the LEARN system, focusing on Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Relationships, and Nutrition. Group sessions and individual counseling are available.

Smoking Cessation Program

The Smoking Cessation Program includes both group and individual sessions. From discussing medications to minimizing weight gain, we target your concerns and lead you to a healthy lifestyle that is smoke-free.

Stress Management

Program

The Stress Management Program is a sixteen week program led by certified lifestyle counselors that will explore strategies for coping with stressors in your life such as work, finances, and family, among others. We can't eliminate stress in our life, but we can certainly manage it.

Dr. Larry AullDr. Larry Aull is Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and has training and interest in health, wellness, exercise programming and respiratory diseases. He is a Pharmacist and a Certified Lifestyle Counselor.

Dr. Chris CookDr. Chris Cook is Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and has practice and research experience in behavioral medicine. He is a Pharmacist and a Certified Lifestyle Counselor.
